Thanks to a grant from the The Xerces Society we’ve spent the last summer creating new beds and adding 550 new native plant plugs to our existing and new gardens!   The gardens are thriving!

Long Valley Food Pantry

Skylands UU  is a proud member of the  Long Valley Community Assistance Program. 

​The program has seen a large increase in the number of families it serves in recent months.  Please consider donating specific items that are needed by checking out their website and bringing the items directly there or to SUUF and they will be delivered, or buying a ShopRite card and member Jennifer Palmer will buy needed items on  your behalf and deliver.  Thank you!

Skylands UU is participating in a plastic film recycling challenge in an effort to keep plastic film products out of landfills.

SUUF participates in various community outreach events including the annual Musconetcong Watershed Association's River Clean Up, as well as harvesting fruits and veggies at Grow-a-Row each year.
